1. Our service
ipneo sells digital products: streaming player subscriptions, activation of our Kova player, and digital codes (gift cards, game keys, top-ups). Nothing physical is shipped.
2. Orders and delivery
After payment is confirmed, your access or code is delivered by email, on your order page and/or on WhatsApp — usually within minutes, at most within 24 hours. Please give a correct email address and, when asked, the correct device ID / MAC address or player ID. We cannot be responsible for a wrong value entered by the customer.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your currency and include all fees displayed at checkout. Online payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your card or wallet keys.
4. Use of the products
Subscriptions are personal and must not be resold or shared beyond the number of screens of your plan. You are responsible for using the services in line with the laws of your country and the rules of the platforms concerned.
5. Guarantee and support
Every subscription is covered for its full duration. If a service stops working, contact us and we fix it or replace your access. See our Refund policy for the cases where a refund applies.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; the version published on this page applies to new orders.
