You get a full refund when
- your order was paid but not delivered within 24 hours;
- the subscription does not work and our support cannot fix it within 48 hours;
- you paid twice for the same order by mistake.
No refund when
- a digital code (gift card, game key, top-up) was already delivered or revealed — codes cannot be taken back;
- a wrong email, device ID / MAC or player ID was entered by the customer;
- the problem comes from your internet connection or an unsupported device after we offered a solution.
